IELTS SPEAKING PART 3: MOTIVATION

1. Why some people have more motivation than others?

MS TRANG’S ANSWER: Well it is an interesting question to me since now I am finding motivation in my lifetime. I guess someone who has over motivated rather than others may come from happy and positive nenergy family where the motivation is grown day by day from good parents. Others can have positive power from good education, working environment and nice friends. For example, I have a close friend, she always show motivated feeling every time we meet because she is very lucky to grow up in a educated family and her parents are also teachers. I believe she inherites this good aspect from her parents’ character.

2. How to get motivation?

MS TRANG’S ANSWER: I can suggest some way to make motivation in our life. First, we should take part some activities as doing exercise. It helps us to stretch our muscle over the whole body to relax anf revive new energy after a series of busy and stressful tasks every day. Second, we should go out and meet motivated friends more often to encourage our positive power by sharing some difficulties and finding solutions together. I absolutely think they completely give you much useful advice. Finally, making work plans and the deadline of these is a good way helps you feel meaningful, not time to think some negative.

3. What ways should a boss do and keep to motivate employees in a company?

MS TRANG’S ANSWER: I believe before being a motivated leader first you are a motivated person, from that you can help others feel enthusiastic emotion. I also suppose that a motivated boss is needed being bright, intelligent and clever enough to give immediated and quick methods for staff out of deadlock in working and recognise the employees’ importance in team to stimulate and exploit their maximum of working ability.

4. Should have the competition between eployees?

MS TRANG’S ANSWER: In the fact that, sometimes the competition is a key and necessary way to make increasing productivity in work because someone will stand behind at lower positions if they do not run, try the best and not have a real ability. On the other hand, it also creates some pressure and stress by accident to staff. Many feel so stressful and tired, even cope to a unhealthy threat and get diseases easily. As a result, they can quit this job.

5. Do think you competing each other is bad?

MS TRANG’S ANSWER: Not always, as I analysis two aspects of competition to staff above including good and bad ones. The competition is able to effect to some individuals who are slower needs to have solutions to make progress in work if they do not better ones overcoming so far.

6. Should have the competition between eployees in one company and other companies?

MS TRANG’S ANSWER: The competition should encourage between different companies instead of in one. It is a good chance for employers and their employees review their good and bad sides to make the best output and products to customers. The picture of Vietnam economy recent time is a typical example which makes advance and good infrastructure for society where citizens can use more qualitified services with the cheaper price.

7. How can you help someone who has no motivation?

MS TRANG’S ANSWER: It is hard to help a person more motivated without any motivation. Although family foundation, education, friends and working environment play an important role in establishing positive mood during our lifetime, it is not deny the importance of each individual’s inner force which makes the wonders. All effort from others’ help is wasteful if this person does not do anything to improve themselves. The only thing we should do is showing in front of their eyes more execellent examples who fought back from failure, lost and death and the way they built up their glamorous life again and become successful.
