IELTS SPEAKING PART 3: JOBS
1. Which jobs would you say are most respected in your country?
This might be teachers or doctors because the doctors save sick people every day while teachers orientate young generation in education. I want to emphasis that these fields they are working make basic and solid foundation to develop a good society. There is an another reason is that staff in these fields can have a stably lucrative (sinh lời) income compared to other, so more people respect and choose to follow or would like their children following.
2. Some people say it’s better to work for yourself than be employed by a company. What’s your opinion?
It is hard to say about that, every choice has both good and bad aspects. Factually, I am running a small English center in Hanoi city. You know it is much more difficult and challenge than I expect, more tasks I have to do myself every day. I am facing a variety of troubles from capital to operate this business, employing teachers, how to do the advertisement campaign well, explaining update questions, thinking of better strategies to teach and develop our center and so on. I am usually cope the shortage of time for sleeping, relaxing, taking care my family. So from my point of view this may be better to work in a certain company, deal with all deadlines at the office and you can have more time after work and receive a stable salary.
3. What are some of the important things a candidate should find out before accepting a job?
Well this is nice and meaningful questions for youth who is finding a job and preparing to work. These are principle conditions to ensure you have a safe working environment that legal laws of labour are imposed and become a standard in over the world.
4. Is money always the most important thing when choosing a job?
Having said that we can not deny money is indispensable thing in our life and makes everybody cares when choosing a job, however I believe other factors are more important to attract smart and good employess as a good working environment, job satisfaction, excellent boss and friendly colleages which give to a decision whether an empoyee should be a close-knit for long term in company or not.
