IELTS SPEAKING PART 2: A CAFÉ

Describe a cafe you know that about you would recommend to others.

You should say:

Where this cafe is?
What type of food and drinks the cafe serves?
How often you go to this cafe?

And explain why you would recommend this cafe?

Yes, Now I am starting to talk about my topic is a favourite cafe that would recommend to others.

You know now I live in Hanoi, a busy and modern city, so cafes have appeared in every corner of the city from the simple to complicated designs, even so unique or from the normal to famous brandnames which make more variety of citizen’s choices. But I am not a big fan of coffee victim and trend, so “The coffee house” is a familiar place I often select to meet my friends or being alone because of a simple reason that it is a nice coffee bar nearby my house.

Actually I do not remember exactly how often I go there, often when I need to meet someone for my business, or my students, or a place I can stay alone, think some ideas and look at people around talking or some plants in front of my eyes. You know sometimes our mind is weird, it needs a spacious change to think everything more wise, or simply to escape out of several same things that you do every day. At that time, I pick up myself and come into this cafe, set a table nearby the window to see everything is happening outside and relax.

I am so impressed the exterior inside of this cafe which designed following the modern lifestyle with a lot of man-made paintings on the wall. They are quite abstract and I truly do not understand what it means. But it is ok I do not care. The tables and chairs are set for 2, 4, 5 people to sit around, however, I love the long ones for people sitting alone. Above our head on the ceiling there are a lot of colourful lights with many different shapes.

There is a fact that people usually go to this kind of place to enjoy the typical and special coffeine drinks. To me, my first priority is healthy ones like fruit juice, tea and milkshakes, sometimes I eat some fast food if felt hungry. Their drinks are fresh, clean and delicious I suppose that are catered by well- trained and professional staff. I would recomend this cafe to others because it is a quite and peaceful place for you relax and work and study.
