BÀI MẪU IELTS WRITING TASK 2: ENVIRONMENT
Question: Environmental protection is the responsibility of politicians, not individuals as individuals can do too little. To what extent do you agree or disagree? (đề thi ngày 24/8/2019)
MS TRANG’S MODEL:
It is argued that the act of protecting our green earth should only belong to government officials who are more power in finance and the workforce instead of small and single individuals. This essay claims that two groups have the same responsibility for our surrounding and they need to cooperate in action plans. This essay will firstly discuss how politician’s power can do best for this problem, and apparently would like to emphasis on changing individual habits in life as a crucial role to protect our environment.
First of all, there is no denying that it is easier for government officials to perform strict policies protecting the environment by a huge public fund and legislation. Indeed the big fund from companies and individuals’ taxes is always already for politicians can do projects from building and running recycled factories from daily rubbish to successful media campaign on the internet and television channels, which can be spread on the nation scale, even international scale. In addition, the amount of plastic and nylon rubbish in some developed countries is declining based on the government ban, if you still use these items you can be fined by heavy punishments as a very high tax or long-term imprisonment.
On the other hand, I guess many have a common doubt about the paramount importance of politicians against the behaviour of destroying our environment. We are now living in the time that individual link is a key factor to contribute all worldwide success in every field. I strongly believe government policies will collapse if they lack the ordinary inhabitants’ association. For instance, if persons can change their consumption habits from cutting down the daily need, saving resources and materials, and reusing products many times until not anymore, many trees and forests may avoid the deforestation and keep longer. What is more, the action of more people choose public transports rather than private ones can help to reduce the rate of exhaust emission into the air and make our atmosphere clean and fresh, not facing the greenhouse gases which are resulted in global warming.
In conclusion, I hold my opinion that statesment cannot overcome these environmental problems without individual’s action. It is predicted that the union of government and people will bring a brighter future in the environment.
